Can I ship my inventory to your warehouse?

Yes. We accept inventory by freight or standard mail at our Farmers Branch, TX distribution center. For international shipments, customs and fees must be settled before delivery.

Do you have daily carrier pickups?

Yes. UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL pick up daily, and we work with all major international and regional carriers.

Do you ship orders the same day?

Same-day shipping is available depending on your agreement and order cutoff. We set it up around your needs.

Do you handle returns?

Yes. Our reverse logistics service receives, inspects and restocks returns so products get back into sellable inventory fast.

How do integrations work, including NetSuite?

We connect to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and more, and we are powered by NetSuite. We handle the setup or give you a partner portal.

How will I know when inventory runs low?

Inventory updates in real time in your system, so you can see stock levels anytime and reorder before you run out.

Can I visit the warehouse?

Yes. Clients are welcome to schedule a visit to tour the warehouse and inspect their products.

Who pays taxes and import duties?

The client is responsible for taxes and import duties on their shipments.
